David Vinson

Founder & CEO

David is an early leader in digital health strategies having founded several digital health companies.  With over 24 years of experience in telecommunications, travel, and healthcare, David is a respected and recognized thinker in healthcare innovation.  David’s passion lies in the creation and curation of digital assets that activate insights and drive magnetic connections between consumers, providers, and their healthcare sponsors.

David currently serves as Founder and CEO of SocialWellth; a Las Vegas, Nevada based digital health optimization company that focuses on leveraging actionable micro-insights and a deeper understanding of consumers’ unique needs to facilitate a connected experience between consumers and their healthcare sponsors.

Prior to SocialWellth, David held executive leadership positions at WebMD, Optate (acquired by WebMD), HealthMedia (acquired by Johnson & Johnson), Blue Cross Blue Shield Michigan, University of Michigan Health System – MCARE, and ALLNET Communications.


Ramesh Srinivasan

Senior Vice President, Market Development & Partnerships

Ramesh is responsible for directing all activities related to corporate marketing, product marketing and strategic partnerships. Ramesh leads the enterprise-wide portfolio management process to select, prioritize and balance the portfolio of technology and professional services solution suite to ensure strategic alignment.

Prior to SocialWellth, Ramesh was SVP Business Development and Marketing at MedicAlert Foundation International spearheading health information access and outreach for consumers worldwide.

Ramesh has contributed to the consumer access workgroup of the Markle Foundation for increasing privacy and consumer control over personal health records and the CDC guidance document for the protection of at-risk populations during an influenza pandemic.  Ramesh has delivered several presentations addressing healthcare, consumer engagement, and technology at national conferences including the National Managed Healthcare Congress, Center for Aging Services and Technology, Medicaid Health Plans of America, and Department of Health and Human Services.


Steven Schwartz, Ph.D.

Chief Scientist

Steven has responsibility to integrate and transform a large volume of transactional data into impactful business information using statistical analysis, predictive modeling and other analytical techniques and processes.  In addition, Steven collaborates with internal teams to develop new solution offerings, enhance product capabilities and complete specific customer data analytics projects.

Previously, Steven was at Wellness & Prevention Inc., a Johnson and Johnson Company, where he was the Director of Outcomes Research and Data Analytics.  Prior to that, he was the Director of Corporate Research at HealthMedia Inc., a Principal at C3 Technologies, LLC and has held various clinical and teaching positions at University of Michigan and University of Michigan Medical Center.

Michael Thomas

Senior Vice President, Operations & Client Experience

Michael is responsible for managing the end to end design, development and implementation of all of SocialWellth’s solutions.  He is also responsible for day to day production operations of all technology platforms, as well as for managing the infrastructure supporting these platforms.  Additionally, he leads our client services team in providing superior guidance and support for all of our clients.

Michael comes to us with over 18 years of experience in helping organizations innovate, drive efficiency and improve their customer experience.  He comes most recently from Blue Shield of California where he was Senior Director, Health Innovation Technology accountable for defining Blue Shield’s operating model for innovation which enabled the development of next generation, disruptive technologies for use in the healthcare marketplace.  Prior to that, Michael held several other senior level positions with Blue Shield, spent time as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Health Net, Inc., and consulted for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ric Colgan

Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Ric has oversight of the team responsible for managing the end-to-end software development process for our evolving enterprise centered digital health toolkit of products and services. Ric’s team includes data management, software engineering and enterprise architecture.

Ric comes to us with over 20 years of experience in information technology design, support, development, project management and consulting with a cross-functional understanding of both technical and business requirements.  Rick is the CTO, Project Manager, Developer, Consultant and Founder of ByteStudio, Inc., a consulting firm providing technology solutions to individuals, small businesses and industry leading corporations for more than 15 years.  As such, Ric has worked with select clients across multiple industries, including; HP, Compaq, Intel, Cisco, Nordstrom, ByteStar, Vanguard University, Seattle Genetics, London Fog/Pacific Trail, and Microsoft (XBOX and MSN).

Marc J. Wojtowicz

Chief Information Security Officer

Marc has primary responsibility for the development and delivery of a comprehensive security and privacy program for SocialWellth. This program will protect SocialWellth information, assets, and infrastructure from internal and external threats while assuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the company does business. Marc has 15 years of extensive experience in cyber security, security architecture, information protection and managing technical teams for large enterprises.

Prior to joining SocialWellth, he was Co-Founder/CEO of DM Business Solutions, LLC, overseeing the selection and implementation of the technology and security architecture to comply with regulatory requirements for niche markets. Marc has held a variety of positions related to security, including Director of Security Architecture at Blue Shield of California, Director of Information Security at Kony, Inc. and Manager in the Information Protection practice at KPMG, LLP.

Marc holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Case Western University. Marc holds multiple certifications including, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
